Please email info@kxkzren.com if you need to make a return. Customers are eligible to request a return up to 5 days after receiving their product. A return label will be provided free of charge if Kxkzren is at fault or made an error in the fulfillment of your order.

Customers requesting a return are otherwise subject to covering the cost of the return shipping. A 30% restocking fee may be applied to ready-to-ship items if the product or packaging is damaged or used. Approved refunds will post to your bank account within 15 business days of Kxkzren receiving the returned product.

CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Please note, custom pads will be custom cut for your order and cannot be returned. In our experience, we have noticed there can be variances from boat to boat of the same make and model. Please verify your dimensions utilizing the Dry Fit available. Additional Dry Fits may be purchased upon request.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
We are continuously working to improve our products, which means we discontinue items from time to time in order to make space for our new and improved offerings. When an item has been discontinued, it will only be available while supplies last. If we aren’t able to fulfill your order due to a product being discontinued, we sincerely apologize and will offer a full refund.

BUNDLED PRODUCTSWe do not accept returns on individual items within a bundled package. If you purchased a product that is part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange to be processed.

Worked perfectly

I bought these to cover our dock when our grands visited. They love running on the deck and jumping in the water, but our decking is getting a bit old and has some splinters. I bought these to cover a "runway" for them and it was perfect! stayed in place, a real non-slip surface and water just ran off it.

I installed this on my swim platform in the spring and held my breath to see if it would hold up for the season. I am impressed. Salt water boat sits on a lift exposed to the sun. This decking looks like it did when I installed it. I have no idea if it will last as long as the original but for the price, its a great value. The biggest challenge for me was removing the old decking. A lot of effort there. The new install was pretty easy. Just make sure you have your act together for cutting and templates. By all means get a pair of heavy duty scissors. Makes the cutting easy. A lot of people complained about the adhesive but it sure seemed sticky to me. I did use the 3M spray adhesive as well and I doubt mine will be peeling up anytime in the foreseeable future. Hope this decking lasts because removing and installing is not something you want to do as annual maintenance. As such I was leery of buying a knockoff. So far so good.
