Please email info@kxkzren.com if you need to make a return. Customers are eligible to request a return up to 5 days after receiving their product. A return label will be provided free of charge if Kxkzren is at fault or made an error in the fulfillment of your order.

Customers requesting a return are otherwise subject to covering the cost of the return shipping. A 30% restocking fee may be applied to ready-to-ship items if the product or packaging is damaged or used. Approved refunds will post to your bank account within 15 business days of Kxkzren receiving the returned product.

CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Please note, custom pads will be custom cut for your order and cannot be returned. In our experience, we have noticed there can be variances from boat to boat of the same make and model. Please verify your dimensions utilizing the Dry Fit available. Additional Dry Fits may be purchased upon request.

When an item has been discontinued, it will only be available while supplies last. If we aren’t able to fulfill your order due to a product being discontinued, we sincerely apologize and will offer a full refund.

Looks great!

My wife and I hated our thin carpet that originally came in our boat and wanted to replace with something like Sea Deck , but was very expensive. So we gave this a try and glad we did. I’ve never installed flooring in a boat before so I was worried I would mess it it up. I ordered 3 different rolls and couldn’t tell any color difference, once you roll it down the adhesive worked good didn’t have anything not stick down well. I didn’t do a perfect job cutting but overall I’m very happy. Will update if it peels off or have other issues.

Does not get hot!

We purchased this to replace the worn out carpeting in our boat. This has such a nice feel while walking on it and it does not get hot. We live in Arizona and things get hot quickly in the sun. It’s so nice not to burn your feet. Take your time putting this together and it turns out very nice. I can’t speak to the durability yet as we just installed it. We have one trip to the lake so far with eight people on our boat, it seems to have held up for that one trip. I will update as time goes on. I can speak to the stickiness of the adhesive, I cleaned my sub decking to make sure it was dust, free and ready for install. I find there are several areas that are starting to peel, I’m going to remedy this by putting carpet glue down.
