Please email info@kxkzren.com if you need to make a return. Customers are eligible to request a return up to 5 days after receiving their product. A return label will be provided free of charge if Kxkzren is at fault or made an error in the fulfillment of your order.
Customers requesting a return are otherwise subject to covering the cost of the return shipping. A 30% restocking fee may be applied to ready-to-ship items if the product or packaging is damaged or used. Approved refunds will post to your bank account within 15 business days of Kxkzren receiving the returned product.
CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Please note, custom pads will be custom cut for your order and cannot be returned. In our experience, we have noticed there can be variances from boat to boat of the same make and model. Please verify your dimensions utilizing the Dry Fit available. Additional Dry Fits may be purchased upon request.
DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
We are continuously working to improve our products, which means we discontinue items from time to time in order to make space for our new and improved offerings. When an item has been discontinued, it will only be available while supplies last. If we aren’t able to fulfill your order due to a product being discontinued, we sincerely apologize and will offer a full refund.
BUNDLED PRODUCTSWe do not accept returns on individual items within a bundled package. If you purchased a product that is part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange to be processed.

Used this product to replace the carpet in the cockpit of my bass boat. It was very easy to cut and trim to size with a pair of scissors and utility knife. The old carpet came out in one piece and was used as a template.
Overall, I’d say this stuff is pretty sweet. Easy to work with (just follow install instructions). Time will tell if it will hold up against the elements, but as of now I’m thrilled with the way it looks!
Needed this pattern decking for my jon boat. I was in a hurry because it was sweltering hot out so that’s why it doesn’t look as good. But overall the adhesive is very sticky & the decking is grippy. Has not faded & has had the sun & rain on it. Pattern is nice along with color. Matched my boat perfectly. Very durable. Looks & feels high quality!
It is very water resistant. Love the way it feels.
Only thing I would look for is, the lines don’t line up in every strip so account for a little extra. Would definitely recommend this product.
I used poster board and tape to make a stencil of the boat floor. Then used that to cut it out from the foam. Not 100% perfect. But 95%. No one will notice the imperfections but me. Still need to use an xacto knife to clean up some edges. It sticks well. You can’t un-stick it to fix an error. So be careful!
