Please email info@kxkzren.com if you need to make a return. Customers are eligible to request a return up to 5 days after receiving their product. A return label will be provided free of charge if Kxkzren is at fault or made an error in the fulfillment of your order.
Customers requesting a return are otherwise subject to covering the cost of the return shipping. A 30% restocking fee may be applied to ready-to-ship items if the product or packaging is damaged or used. Approved refunds will post to your bank account within 15 business days of Kxkzren receiving the returned product.
CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Please note, custom pads will be custom cut for your order and cannot be returned. In our experience, we have noticed there can be variances from boat to boat of the same make and model. Please verify your dimensions utilizing the Dry Fit available. Additional Dry Fits may be purchased upon request.
DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
We are continuously working to improve our products, which means we discontinue items from time to time in order to make space for our new and improved offerings. When an item has been discontinued, it will only be available while supplies last. If we aren’t able to fulfill your order due to a product being discontinued, we sincerely apologize and will offer a full refund.
BUNDLED PRODUCTSWe do not accept returns on individual items within a bundled package. If you purchased a product that is part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange to be processed.

So I received last night and opened package and thought this was going to be difficult. The sticky is actually very strong, the material cuts easy with new razors and overall the product went in effortlessly. I did find doing it sideways, one strip pressed at a time made it much easier. It took me about 3 hours to do this boat. I recommend glueing the edges to keep water from getting under it later. I found that this gorilla glue works like magic on this flooring. Can’t wait to do more projects with this flooring!!!
I changed out my carpet for these. The prepping was simple especially since I have fiberglass floors. Just clean, alcohol, and slap on -----
To cut. I used cardboard paper to make stencils then used that as a guide outside the boat to make perfect cuts. It worked like a charm. Installing was easy after that .
No more carpet and it looks so nice plus resistant to water and slickproof.
--- I did use a extra adhesive spray so it won't come off easily. Not sure if necessary but it never hurts.
