When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

Please email info@kxkzren.com if you need to make a return. Customers are eligible to request a return up to 5 days after receiving their product. A return label will be provided free of charge if Kxkzren is at fault or made an error in the fulfillment of your order.
Customers requesting a return are otherwise subject to covering the cost of the return shipping. A 30% restocking fee may be applied to ready-to-ship items if the product or packaging is damaged or used. Approved refunds will post to your bank account within 15 business days of Kxkzren receiving the returned product.
CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Please note, custom pads will be custom cut for your order and cannot be returned. In our experience, we have noticed there can be variances from boat to boat of the same make and model. Please verify your dimensions utilizing the Dry Fit available. Additional Dry Fits may be purchased upon request.
DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
We are continuously working to improve our products, which means we discontinue items from time to time in order to make space for our new and improved offerings. When an item has been discontinued, it will only be available while supplies last. If we aren’t able to fulfill your order due to a product being discontinued, we sincerely apologize and will offer a full refund.
BUNDLED PRODUCTSWe do not accept returns on individual items within a bundled package. If you purchased a product that is part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange to be processed.

Great Quality and very sticky back! Easy to install & trim
It looks and feels great. The adhesive doesn’t seem the stickiest but as long as you sand and clean first it shouldn’t come off unintentionally.
Looks great on my jon boat. Very comfortable, and seems pretty durable too. I'm re-doing another jon boat and plan to use the same flooring in it as well. This foam was very easy to install and the adhesive backing made it even easier. No issues so far. Recommended.
